You can access your online control panel by pointing your browser to http://www.yourdomain.com/cPanel 
(replace "yourdomain.com" with your domain name). 
Use username and password supplied to you with your domain setup confirmation.
  
How do I upload my files to the server?
  
Use an FTP program, like CuteFTP to upload your files to yourdomain.com Use the username and password supplied to you with your domain setup confirmation. Make sure that you upload files to the /public_html folder.
  
Will I have unlimited access to update my pages ?
  
You have unlimited access via FTP 24-hours a day. As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload files to your web site at your convenience.
  
Will I be able to access my domain name with or without the WWW?
  
Yes, you will be able to access the domain name with or without the WWW in front, www.mydomain.com as well as mydomain.com.
  
How do I set up new pop e-mail accounts?
  
1. Go to your control panel - http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
2. Click on "Mail"
3. Click "Add/Remove/Manage Accounts"
4. Enter your username and password.
You have now created a new pop account, e.g. username@yourdomain.com. This user can access his e-mail as set out below.
  
What is the name of my incoming mail server? (POP server)
  
pop server: mail.yourdomain.com - replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name. Use your username and password to access mail with your mail program, e.g. Outlook Express.
